Graphics card = Asus 2G R9 270X
Memory = 2 * ADATA 4G DDR 1333
PSU = Thermaltake litepower 650W
Motherboard = BLK DZ68BC
Windows 8 installed on 60G Solid state drive.
The mother board and graphics card light up when power is connected. When i switch it on all fans (CPU, Case, Graphics card) spin and more lights go on. the mother board led will cycle from 15, 21 E4 51 to E6 then switch off. Then it rebots after a second or two. The screen does not go past the first Intel screen. Cycle repeats itself over and over again.
All components worked fine in old motherboard ( Gigabyte H61M - DS2)
