Question PC does not turn on - - - It turned on again but now i can't turn it back on ?

I have a computer that died on me almost 1 week ago. I have determined that its the motherboard. since the symptoms are no power (no beeps, no fan, nothing). I tried the psu to another system, the system boots up. i tried another psu to the problematic system, same sysmptoms. I ruled out PSU. I removed everything, RAM, Drives, CPU, GPU still nothing and determined its the motherboard. I left it for few days outside of the case, with CMOS removed thinking the board is dead and it needs to be condemned.

Yesterday just the thought of it, I tried plugging the old PSU in to the motherboard together with the CPU and fan. IT MAGICALLY WORKED. Today, thinking maybe the problem fixed on its own, I placed it back in the case, set it up and turned it on, it did not. removed everything, still the pc wont turn on.

Im at loss, Is my mobo dead? is it my CPU? what should I do?

When you tested different psu's, did you use the wires from each psu or the ones already plugged in to the motherboard?

I used the wires belonging to each PSU because neither PSU is modular. both of them are hardwired.

https://images.app.goo.gl/gvuLicNhFaxQfC5U8 If you take a close look at your motherboard to see if there are any burn marks along the solder tracks, or burnt out resistors or any other obvious dark spots that could be the culprit. The motherboard coming on one time could have just been its last gasp before dying, which you already suspect.
