So recently i bought some new ddr4 ram sticks, they seem to work fine except one problem. When i use the DOCP profile to make them run at 2933 (max speed my mobo supports) the system can boot into windows but everytime i restart my pc starts but my monitor is turned off. I forcefully shut down the pc by holding the power button and when i turned it back on again it turned off and on a couple of times until it booted into windows again. This doesn't happen when my bios is set to auto (2133 mhz)

What you just described is called Memory Training. Every time you make changes to the RAM your system will test the memory by rebooting like 3 times by itself the first time you do the changes.
it does that every time tho, and its impossible to restart the pc (can shut it down from windows but if i choose restart it just goes into a blackscreen after shutting down and starting)
