Question Pc doesn’t work and white cpu debug

Can I get help on this. I’ve had my pc for a year but now I did a windows quality update and the pc started to crash sometimes in a row, in which I had turned off and reset the cmos already and plugged in a new outlet. and now the pc turns on but nothing works and a cpu white debug light is there. I do not remember tbh last time I did a bios update was like when I built it

What troubleshooting steps have your tried currently? did you try reseating the RAM?

The CPU debug LED means its a CPU issue, but since it worked fine, i can only assume its cause by some other component.

Ok I tried reseating the ram, it’s weird since it’s still like no display but I only had one ram stick in and the cpu light was off but the pc still didn’t work and the other had the cpu light still on so i don’t really know

Ok I did the reseating and put it in the 1st and 4th slot and now my pc is working fine now, ik 1 and 4 doesn’t optimize ram as much but how much does that matter

but how much does that matter

since that's the only way you can get it to work, i don't think it matters a lot.
