The system config is:
Ryzen 3600
16GB ADATA XPG 3000MHz RAM
ASRock A320M-HDV Motherboard
WD Green SSD 240GB
WD Blue HDD 1TB
Zotac GTX 1060 3GB
Corsair CX550 550W
The problem is, when I shutdown the PC, and then start it, it'll boot up just fine. But if I restart it, there will be no display, no buzzer sound (I installed the motherboard buzzer to detect any error codes). All the fans continue to run, though. I've tried changing RAM slot, replugged all the cables and GPU, but the problem persists. What more can I do to pinpoint the problem?
Once I removed the RAM and then started the PC, and I experienced the same thing happen as my original problem. Is this somehow related to the problem? maybe RAM not being detected on device restart?
