Question Pc Doesn't boot with GPU pluged in

Hi All,

Recently build my first gaming Rig.

I was able to get into the bios once and had to stop working on the pc for a while. Later on, I tried to start the PC again to install windows and nothing happened, there's a red led indicator on my mother board which means that something is wrong with the GPU. When I removed the GPU it worked fine.

I tried to plug in the GPU again and it doesn't boot, even without the power cables.

Any ideas what it could be?

i5 11600k
Corsair RM750w 80 gold
Gigabyte Rtx 3060ti
Gigabyte 560 Aorus Pro AX
Cooler Master Masterliquid ML240 V2 RGB
PNY XLR8 2x8gb Ram
Crucial NVME M2 1tb

edit 1 : managed to boot after I changed the bios to legacy. But can’t past the flash bios screen, just got a black screen.

THanks in advance

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of your PSU and the rest of your specs? What slots are the rams populating on your motherboard? Please don't power a GPU with only the PCIe slots power, you're advised to make sure all connections are secure before you power anything.

Hey thanks for the welcome.
The thing is that it was booting before, I could get into bios etc. When I came back it just stopped working.
Don’t remember all components but :
Will update later
