Question Pc doesn't boot

I've just built my new pc, everything seems to be ok. I have a x470 Gaming F, the top left led is on after turning on the psu, and there is an orange led in the bottom right corner (must be the powering signal). But, when i try to boot the pc, it doesn't do anything, i'm sure that the front panel connectos are ok. Can someone help me?

What CPU? Check the board's manual and see if there's a debug LED that stays on when board started.

Try testing with only CPU and CPU cooler installed. No other components, or wires. See if the fan does spin.

I tried to remove 1 ram, and the pc started. The bios registers 2133mhz while my rams should be at 3200mhz and i can't start with 2 rams. I've updated the bios, and that's the same

Try returning the RAMs and buying different model.
