Hi.
I'm running Windows 10 on my SSD and using an HDD for storage. The PC keeps on boot looping. After the Intel logo the PC disconnects the peripherals (Loss of numlock light on keyboard and RGB LEDs on mouse), losses video signal for a second and reconnects the peripherals and keeps booting again.
Even after switching to Windows 8.1 or formatting drives doesn't seem to fix the issue.
But the PC boots up when I select a USB drive in the boot menu to make an install of windows and close the setup before doing anything. After closing the setup, the PC boots just fine. But this process needs to be done every time when I turn on the PC. I'm having this issue for a long period of time and couldn't find any solution to it.
My PC specs are DH87MC motherboard, 8GB RAM, 1050 ti, 250GB SSD,1TB HDD, i5 4670K, 450W PSU.
