Question PC doesn't get internet access when turned on

I barely started getting this issue and i have no idea why. I never messed with anything that had to do with my internet. Basically when i turn on my pc, it takes around 2 minutes for it to finally connect to the internet. I am using an ethernet cable plugged in directly to my router. I tried using a different ethernet cable but still the same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this? it's annoying as some programs i have require internet access and i get errors when i turn on my pc saying i have no internet. Any help is appreciated, thanks

Did this EVER worked correctly? Once u connect everything seems normal, fast normal? When u can't connect, PLEASE PLEASE I don't want to guess, what exact message(s) are u getting?
