PC 'Doesn't Meet The Requirements' For Xbox App Recording... but it DOES?!!?

I have suddenly lost the magic power to record certain games using the xbox app. I say suddenly because a couple months ago I had no problem. Same game, same specs, same pc. The websites assure me the GTX 650 and an i7 processor with 8GB+ ram is all a girl needs, but when I fire up Ark Survival to record - Error Message. What do I need to adjust to get my powers of record back?

Just reinstall your graphics drivers, probably just a glitch/driver corruption.

I don't recommend recording games with a 650 though, it's slow enough as it is
