Question PC doesn't POST after firmware update ?

I recently installed Windows 10 on my PC and was looking for a free software to update my drivers. I found this software called Bit Driver Updater . [link removed by moderator]

I used its free version and updated all the drivers. The last one was UEFI Firmware. I restarted my PC to finish the installation. On the bios splash screen, it showed 'Please wait while we install system update' and was stuck there for about 5 minutes. After that it automatically shut down and restarted. Upon restarting it didn't POST. Only the fans were spinning. There was no display on monitor, no HDD led, no USB peripherals were working. Based on answers to similar problems on this and other forums, I have tried the following without any success:
  • Reseated RAM in different slots
  • Shorted CMOS pins
  • Took out CMOS battery and reinserted it
This is my hardware:
  • Intel Core i3 6098
  • Gigabyte H110M-S2 DDR4
  • 4 GB DDR4 RAM
  • 500 GB Seagate HDD
Since this motherboard doesn't have DualBIOS, I cannot restore the BIOS. Please suggest any other solutions that I can attempt myself.
