PC Doesn't Show Secondary Hard Drive

I have an SSD for my storage that has my operating system on it and it shows up but my HDD hard drive doesn't. I checked online for solutions and people said that it needs to be formatted but my hard drive doesn't even show up in disk management. I checked device manager and I found it there but I deleted the driver because I was planning to reinstall it but now I don't know how to reinstall it. Please help!

Both of the drives are brand new for a new pc build

If it does not show up in disk manager and everything is pluggednin fine then The disk might be damaged

Does the HDD show up in BIOS with its correct model number and full capacity?

What make/model is your motherboard and the SSD?
