Question PC doesn't show signal on display, keyboard mouse and cooler rgb

Hi I just moved on to another apartment and when I tried to turn on my pc The RGB of the case turns on but there is no display on the monitor also the cooler rgb is off and the same with keyboard and mouse
What is causing this problem and how to solve it? Thanks

Update:
- I tried removing the ram and using different DIMM
- Tried removing the front panel connectors
- I removed the ram completely I heard no beeb sound in post test
- I removed the GPU and ram completely and still no beeb
- I tried resetting the CMOS battery still no signal

Update fixed after reinserting the CPU thanks for nothing
