Question PC Doesn't start after overclock

Hello guys I have a problem I overclocked my ryzen 5 2600 to 3.9ghz at I think 1.300 voltage
And when I rebooted my PC it doesn't show me post screen and after 15 seconds he restarts.
I tried:
Remove the battery and wait about 10minutes
But no result.
Specs:
CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 2600
Mob: ASRock b450m pro 4
PSU: Corsair cx 650
GPU: 1060 6gb
RAM: Corsair lpx 16gb 3000mhz cl 16

Turn PSU switch off.
Take a screwdriver and bridge the pins for 10 seconds or so. Plug PC back in then try to power on the system.

If that doesn't work, try with PSU switch on.

Some motherboards suggest the PC to be plugged in to use the cmos jumper, while some suggest not to have the system plugged in to do this.

Anything metallic will work.

I have used many things to short these pins, but I would use a plain screwdriver if possible.

So it can by that I burnt my CPU?

Not with 1.3v your not gonna damage it.

I think that too I will try sending PC to pc repair

Try unplugging the system. Then pull the cmos battery out. Press the power button a few times without the system plugged in. Replace the cmos battery. Plug the system back in, and try it.
