Question PC doesn't start at all CPU flicker red

So I was working on my PC and suddenly it turned off and doesn't start, I tried CMOS rest and everything but I noticed that the CPU flickers for 1 second when I try to start the pc but nothing goes through, like I read other people posts but they talk about having the red light just on not flicker for 1 second and never comes back until I try to start it, I made sure that the Power of the CPU is connected and its fans but still nothing.
