Used the pc in the morning and went to work, came back not being able to turn on the pc anymore.

Brought the mobo with cpu and ram to the repair shop and it worked fine.

Brought back home with a new psu and tested it and it didn't work again.

Brought back to the repair shop with mobo cpu and ram and newly bought psu and it works at their place again even with my new psu.

Things I've tried
-Clearing cmos battery
-Changing new cmos battery
-Using 5 different psu
-Using 5 different power cable
-Tested individual ram sticks and also changing new stick
-Trying different wall sockets at home and also going to my brother's home to test
-Trying with an older motherboard and cpu and everything worked fine
-Paper clip test for psu and it works
-Using reset button on my case as a power button and shorting the power switch pins to turn on my pc

All these things to no avail. Whenever I turn to power on, nothing happens, fans doesn't turn not even for 1 second and no lights on my case

I've called for a technician to check and he suspects its either the motherboard or the cpu but when I went down to the repair shop, everything works fine.

Do you think it might be motherboard issue?

Solution
I don't believe it's either the cpu or motherboard, simply because the PC works fine at the repair site. It's a commercial facility, it ought to have some sturdy wiring - same deal if the PC worked at your Bro's house.
I still suspect the wiring... even more so after reading through some of these:

What's the difference between your PC at the shop VS at home?
-Monitors and cables
-Electrical wiring

Checking at your Bro's house may help narrow it down.

The monitor and gpu and power cable are different, but I've tested my gpu with another mobo and it works, same with the monitor, for the power cable I've tried using different cables and even using my monitor cable which works with my monitor.

I doubt wiring is the issue due to me trying at sockets which can power fridge and also sockets that were able to run my other pc

Every other electrical appliances works every other socket/wall outlet except for my pc. Even other pc works. I eliminated the problem down to the motherboard and cpu but it works at the repair site.

I'd suggest getting a receptacle tester, if possible:

No it doesn't worked at my brother's house which is weird

Is the case assembled when you take it to the shop? Don't think you'd bother removing parts each shop visit but just wondering because specific parts are mentioned.

Have you suspected all power cables between psu and motherboard after returning from shop, 'just in case' the guy is doing a dodgy and disconnecting something? Or covering a connector to prevent it from working so you keep going back. Are you paying a fee each time?

No I only bring down my board, cpu, ram and psu and that's how I tested it at home as well same setup. I've been to the shop and see him doing the connecting so I don't think he is disconnecting anything and no I'm not paying a fee so I don't see why he would do that other than not wanting me to exchange the board.

I've bought a new board, will see how it turns out.

Hmm ok. So besides reconnecting ATX 24 pin and CPU 12v plugs, the CPU_fan header remained plugged?

What kind of surface are you placing the mobo on?

Yup fan remains plugged and I tested on the box that my board came with.

Quick update, I got a new board and it's working again. Definitely the board's issue. Why it worked only at the repair shop remains a mystery, maybe I just have a "selective" board.
