Question PC doesn't work, no display, and keyboard doesn’t work ?

The problems:

• PC doesn't work, no display.
• Keyboard doesn’t work,
• Mouse only lights up for 1 sec and then it's light goes off.
• PC doesn’t shut down when I keep the power button pressed.

PC Specs
Mobo: Asus A320M Gaming
CPU: Ryzen 5 2400G
PSU: EVGA 700w 80+ gold

The problems above started when I was installing a new 6650 XT GPU.
First it worked fine, then I cleaned the PC and plug everything back in again, the problems occurred.

What I tried:
1- Removing the GPU and tried using the iGPU, same problems.
2- Removing the RAM and using only 1 stick.
3- Clearing CMOS by both methods, CMOS jumper and removing the battery.

Can someone help me please?

EVGA is the brand of the unit while 700W and 80+ Gold are the 80+ efficiency ratings for the unit, respectively. What is the model of the unit and it's age?

Ram: 2*4 and 2*8 the 4 is T force vulcan
SSD/HDD: 120 Sandisk ssd and 1tb western blue hdd
GPU: 6650xt
PSU: EVGA GD 700 80+ gold
Age of psu : i bought it new like 1 year ago
OS: Windows
Monitor: Xiaomi g24i
Bios version : 6241

• Motherboard RGB lights ON
• Fans (CPU and case) spin normally
• No display output (monitor stays black)
• No keyboard lights
• Mouse lights up for 1 second, then turns off
• Can’t force shutdown by holding power button
