Sorry I'm advanced for the long message but I really need help.

Okay my pc was running fine a while ago. I was over clocking and running my games on ultra and it was all fine. And then at time I would play Wildlands and it would crash but I could play for a good 30 minutes. I updated my gpu driver from Geforce Experience. Then I bought Escape From Tarkov and I was gonna play but my pc soon started to crash my game. And then Wildlands got worse when it would crash like 1 minute in. So I reset windows entirely so I wiped my hard drive and that didn't fix it. Soon I started to get the Critical Process Died or something like that with a blue screen and I can't play any of my games anymore. I can't even use my pc because chrome crashes on me a lot. I talked with two windows agents that showed me two different way to fix my pc but one of them won't work because my pc crashes and the other solution didn't work either. Basically my pc doesn't work.

Here are my specs
Motherboard:Asrock z270 killer sli
CPU:Intel i7700k 3.6 ghz
Video Card:Asus Strix Gtx 1070
CPU Fan: Noctua Nd-H15
Ram:G.Skill Ripjaw V 16 Gb

If it is a hardware problem could anyone help me figure out what piece I need to replace. I don't think it's my video card but maybe my motherboard. Thanks in advance.

Solution
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

look in device manager for any unknown devices or warning signs

Can you follow option one here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-bsod-minidump-configure-create-windows-10-a.html
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c/windows/minidump
copy that file to a USB drive
upload the copy to a cloud server and share the...
