PC dosent boot to bios or windows, just black screen.

My pc was working fine, booting to windows normally with no issues. Ive decided tp overclock my cpu, so i went to enter the bios by spamming f12. When i got to the boot device screen, i hit enter setup and I got a black screen. I restarted and tried to boot to windows, but got the same black screen.

Now I cannot enter the bios or boot to windows without getting a black screen. I did reset the cmos battery and still the same result.

16gb ram
Gtx 980ti
850w psu
250gb ssd
2tb 7200hdd

what is your mobo? model?
If it is a basic one then in the bottom part it supposed to have three pins and you have to short two pins to clear the bios setting. It is called clear cmos. Google to to know more how to do it for your mobo. However removing the battery is supposed to do the same work. OK try this first and report back
