PC drivers help

Ok so I just installed most of my PC drivers but I try installing audio and CPU from my motherboard I can't for the CPU it says I need 7th gen CPU the audio works fine but it says I don't have the system reqs. Do I need to download that driver?

Motherboard - msi b250m pro vd
CPU - Intel Core i3-6100 3M 3.7 GHz LGA 1151 BX80662I36100 Desktop Processor

There are no drivers for CPU as such, none you can change anyway, that's built into OS or it wouldn't even boot without them.
As for sound, MB has Realtek® ALC887 Codec so go to Realtek site and download drivers. http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/
