My case is: Cooler Master Storm Enforcer ATX Mid Tower
The problem here is that It is recommended that I get a processor fan, but the case already comes with 2 fans? Do I need a fan for my processor?
It is: AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.1GHz Quad-Core
The CPU should come with a fan. It's actually a heatsink that sits on top of the CPU, and a fan is attached to the heatsink.
If it doesn't come with one, you will need to buy something like this. (You may need a smaller one. Measure to make sure it will fit in your case before you buy one.)
The CPU should have a stock cooler which is fine if you're not over clocking. If you want a cooler and quieter case, then getting some new fans would help. The included fans work fine, but they may be quite noisy.
