PC fans spin for a second then stop

Hello, I was wondering if my computer will boot, even though my cpu/mobo do not offer integrated graphics. When I try and boot, the radiator fans will spin for around half a second, then everything stops. My gpu comes in two days, and I hope that fixes everything.

Should be fine , don't boot again till the Card comes.
