pc fans wont work, pc won't boot

Motherboard: Asus Z170-Deluxe
GPU: Galax GTX 980 ti HOF
PSU: CORSAIR CX750M
Processor: Intel Core i5 6600K
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250gb
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 16GB 3200mhz

I’m having trouble with my PC. My fans are not working and does not boot. CPU cooler and graphic card runs well but nothing shows up on my monitor..

are you sure you plugged all the fan cables in correctly?

Yup, all my fan cables plugged in correctly. On my motherboard I get a red 53 led light? According to my Q-code table it tells me "Memory initialization error. Invalid type or incompatible memory speed" I'm guessing that's the problem?

you could try resitting the RAM sticks or starting your pc in safe mode and doing a memtest.

okay, so i got my fans to work by moving my DIMM slots from A1 + B1 to A2 and B2. But now on bios dram status, i only have A2 active. The rest don't show up..
