PC feels way choppy even on normal usages, gaming as well.

Hello guys, my PC feels very choppy even when I'm typing this message right now, even when I set my games on minimum the graphics feels very weird and no smoothness at all. What would the reason be? Even when I play any game on lowest settings, the game feels choppy. Even CSGO which used to run flawlessly on my GT 720 isnt that great on my GTX 1060 3GB SC.

This is my benchmark results.

CPU: Intel Core i5-8600K - 96.4%
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060-3GB - 66.6%
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB - 99.2%
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB - 63.1%
RAM: Samsung M378A5244CB0-CRC 2x4GB - 64.1%
MBD: MSI Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON (MS-7B45)

Have you recently swapped CPU/MB/RAM in addition to the GPU?

Might be best to simply do a full format/reinstall to make sure you get fresh/correct driver installs, vice being plagued with remnants of older hardware...

need more RAM, a clean win 10 install wouldn't hurt

Windows was clean installed, could be the RAM maybe?

check cpu temps with HWMonitor to make sure your cpu is adequately cooled and not thermal throttling, as there is an 80% chance whatever cooler you were previously using would be inadequate for the 8600K. (100% chance of it being inadequate if using some stock cooler from an older Intel CPU)

I'm using NZXT cooler and the temps are fine, I have no idea why's this causing? Could be the graphics card or ram? 5gb ram available it says. (8GB ram)
