I would like to build a PC for £700 and I need someone to gather the components for me.
I need a : CPU, GPU, Power supply, CPU Fan, Motherboard, PC Case, RAM 16 GB would be best.

It would be really helpful if you answered a couple of questions:

Do you need an operating system?

What are you going to use the PC for? Gaming, Video rendering etc?

Finally, do you have a strong preference for an overclockable processor?
