I am going to build a pc. If anyone can suggest any parts that would be great.
I have chosen these parts:
Cpu: i5-8600k or i7-8700k
Gpu: quadro p1000
Mobo: gigabyte z370 hd3
Ram: corsair venegance 16gb ddr4 3000mhz 2x8 gb
Ssd: crucial mx500 500gb
Hdd: barracuda 2tb 7200rpm
Cooling: coolermaster hyper 212 evo
Psu: evga 500w

I would also like some gaming. But are these components good? I am not professional so i won't do that complicated stuff yet. The main reason i am writing here beacause i can't decide whether to buy i5-8600k or i7-8700k. There is 100€ between those cpus and is it worth it? Also i don't know what motherboard to choose. I was considering gigabyte z370 hd3/d3 or is there better motherboard for that price

i would suggest a 1060 over a p1000, you're just going to get better results all around. and probably for a cheaper price. you do not require a cad/simulations card to run them, and they do not really pull ahead until you're doing some very high level stuff. i would also suggest the i7, and more ram for use with cad.

as for the motherboard, a good rule of thumb is to look at what its benefits are. does it have the connections you want for audio/sata/m.2? then beyond that, do you intend to overclock? a z board can, but perhaps a cheaper model will fulfill your needs if you dont want that.

In that case, yes, 1060 will be a better choice if you don't need heavy load boost :)
