Pc for gaming streaming and editing.

I need a pc that can play games and record it. Stream, and edit videos and photoshop. Also one that can support 3 screens. (not run battlefield on all 3 but you get the idea) Please give me valid ideas. Price between 3 to 5k. The things i really need are intel and windows 7. also include fans if possible. Thanks.
