Hello, Looking for a PC that will run World of Warcraft - Cataclysm on the maximum settings with a very high frame rate.

Not sure what i should be buying as i don't want to over spend seeing as it's solely for that game alone and i know it doesn't require that much

For WoW on ultra with a very high framerate you need:
Phenom II x4 @ 3ghz (Wow is very speed dependant. Overclocking to 3.8ghz will give you over 10 fps more)

4GB DDR3 RAM

Radeon HD 4850/4870/5670+ or GeForce GTS 450/460 (Anything over GTX 460 is overkill)

I agree with MokoMaki WoW runs best on a faster clocked CPU (you don't need a quad core though as WoW is configured more for duel cores). If you're just playing WoW then you don't "need" a newer DX11 video card either (although WoW does now have an option of experimental DX11 support). You definately want a NVidea GeForce video card (they seem to play WoW with less trouble than the other cards for some reason). A GeForce GTX 260 would play it on ultra and costs about $60 less than the GeForce GTX 460 (although I'd prefer to spend the extra $60 & get the 460, but if you want to save some cash it's an option). If cash is an issue & you want to go as low cost as possible then considering a high clocked duel core CPU & a DX10 video card would meet your needs.
