PC frame rate drop

Hey i have problem with my pc, when i play games such as bf4 it will start up with ultra 60 fps but as i play it slowly drops to 30/20 fps.the same thing happens in borderlands 2, i got a new CPU cooler and my GPU stays below 30 degrees so i dont thinks its over heating.thanks 😀

Could you go into more detail about your computer specs? Which CPU do you have? Which gpu? Ram? HDD? PSU?

When your fps is dropping, look in task manager and tell us what is 100% there without any reason.
Like HDD or CPU .

With your setup I would definitely try and lower the settings from ultra to medium. Your current build is simply too weak to be able to play BF4 at ultra at settings with a consistent framerate, let alone 60 fps. Also, you should go into the control panel and select your Nvidia graphics card as the PhysX processor (This should hep the fps problem in Borderlands).
