Hello!
I bought a mid/high end pc recently new. its been running great but i get random crashes where pc either freeze so i can't ctrl del or do anything other than hard restart with power button. It also sometimes crashes completly by turning screen black and restarts after about a minute.
Pc specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
CPU cooler: CM ML240L v2 rgb
GPU: AMD radeon RX 6950 XT
PSU: Fractal ION gold 850W
Motherboard: ASUS TUF gaming b650
SSD: Kingston fury renegade pcie m.2 1tb
SSD: Kingston NV2 NVMe 1tb
RAM: Kingston fury beast rgb ddr5 5600MHz 32gb (2x16gb)
I have tried to recreate the crashes but to no luck, it just feels so random when pc decides to crash. As im not very good with computers i have done little troubleshooting, i have however used DDU without luck.

The crashes happends during gaming mostly while playing wow and diablo 4, i have tried to lower the graphics and to no luck. looking at cpuid the temperatures for CPU is around 65degree C and spikes to 85 C. GPU is about the same.

please shoot me questions so i know what to post here
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time? Was the system built by you? If so, how is the AIO oriented in your build with respect to the case? Speaking of case, what is the make and model of the case?

The pc was built by a pc building company. Not sure if im posting this right but i think bios version /date is american megatrends inc. 1414, 4/28/2023. The case is cooler master masterbox TD500 Mesh. Pc was bought 3 months ago new

I was able to recreate the crash today by beeing logged into wow and tabbing out over to opera gx and scrolling a web page, i was monitoring the temperatures and gpu was 80 degrees and cpu was 75 on crash. i did take a video of it if theres any way i can share it here.
thank you for ur time

I removed 1 of my monitors of my settup so now im using a single 34'' samsung monitor, with this i am not getting any crashes. anyone got any idea or troubleshoots i can do since dual monitors makes me crash?
i have tried to update bios, ran memtest86 and DDU til no luck. appreciate any feedback

If anyone has similar issues to like me, i replaced my ram even tho memtest86 said no errors after running the entire test (4hrs ish) with this new ram i have not crashed once in a 2 weeks. hopefully this helps out someone else out too
