Pc Freeze at "Starting Windows" Screen."Black Screen of Death" in Safe mode menu screen.

Hi.I have a problem with my pc for about a week now.I can't enter into windows.
My pc boots,beep works,fans all working all goes under control,but when the windows is starting the screen freeze in windows starting.It saw me the text but the animation logo of windows freeze and my keyboard shuts down.I restart and i can't go to repair option because after the white bar loads at the buttom of the screen the screen goes black and freeze.Safe mode menu after pressing f8 doesn't appear and i get the screen of death or when the safe mode menu appears, after i choose to log in with safe mode the screen is freezing again.Help me plz i don't know what else to do.

Do a clean re-install of Windows. Put it in repair mode

Doesn't work.When i insert the Windows disc,in the start boot of the disk the pc freeze again.I can't enter into repair mode or format the pc.

Remove your hard drive and try it on another pc. Try another hard drive on your pc. If your hard drive doesn't work but another does, buy a new hard drive and start over.

OK ill check it in my friends pc.If my hard drive has corrupt files and that's the reason that blocks the start up,can i format the hard drive manually ?

Ok i went to my friends house and i placed my hard drive in his pc.At the start tried to start the windows normally just to check.It freezed in the "startin windows" screen and after that it appears the blue screen.I restart it and i was able to format my hard drive.All good,my hard drive worked just fine.When i went back at my house i placed my hard drive in my pc and the same thing happend.Freeze at starting windows screen,i tried to format and freezed again,not able to run in safe mode (btw when my screen freeze at "starting windows" screen the lights from keyboard turns off) so i check every cable of my pc and i replaced the ATA cable with another,but nothing.i dont know what else to do and i have no idea what is the problem.If someone has an idea or a solution then please help

I just made it to safemode but it has been froze to \Windows\System32\DRIVERS\CLASSPNP.SYS

Put it back into your friend's pc an format it. The run checkdisk. If it's OK, put in back in your PC and try a Windows re-install.
