CPU : Ryzen 7 5800x
CPU cooler : deepcool ls250
Motherboard : rog strix b550a gaming
Ram : 2x8gb Trident z 3600 mhz cl 19
Gpu : rx 6700xt nitro+
Psu : Corsair rm 850x

when I decide to upgrade to 32gb at first I though it's ram faulty so I bought couple of ram kits
which is:
4x8gb corsair RT 3600 cl 18
4x16 kingston fury beast 3200mhz cl 16
4x8gb trident z royal 3600mhz cl 18
all of them have same problem, sometimes the PC just shutdown.
I even disable XMP to run at base frequency, but the problem still there, put only 2 ram at slot a2 b2 the problem still same. I decide to test it with memtes86, and all of them pass with 0 error at 3000mhz,
before this I dont know single rank, dual rank, quad rank, maybe my system not compatible with quad rank ram? since my trident z neo is dual rank. or my motherboard/cpu goes bad?

I use bios version 3610
I don't see a 3610 version. Only 3607 or 3611. Either way if it's not the most recent then update it and clear CMOS. If it is the most recent, it might be worth clearing CMOS anyway.

There is an issue with Ryzen and ram slots filled. 4 DIMM slots populated can reduce the max capable speed of the ram. It's likely that's what's going on.

Ideally having a 2 x 16 or 2 x 32gb kit is better and normally works at rated speeds as only 2 slots are occupied.
