Question Pc Freeze while watching Yt or any video

Hello

Can someone help me?

My pc freezes while watching yt,netflix or any other video but not when i'm gaming. Checked for faluty ram its ok no errors... GPU is updated (AMD R9 390) ... Is it possible because i dont have battery on Motherboard or is it something else?

If this topic is not for this section pls dont close it ... I just cant find any solution.

Are you using windows 10 apps (youtube etc) or are you using a browser?

I'd try a different browser if so - and check your ram/cpu performance for each browser

Sounds almost like the graphics acceleration in the browser (if thats what you're using) is having issues - causing a spike in cpu/ram/gfx usage

I'm using mozzila and i disabled acceleration

And? haha, are you still having the same issue?

If so, can you update your graphics card (even onboard) drivers

When it spikes, it would be good to check the EVENT LOG (system event log on windows) - and see if there are any critical errors/warnings related

Yes i do but only when i watch videos ... Event log says : Display driver amdkmdag stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Then thatd be your problem, go to the vendor website and get your latest graphics driver to be on the safe side, if that doesnt work, youll need to troubleshoot
