Question PC freeze with green screen

While playing games like Ark, AC Odysey,... My PC freezes, it has no sound, screen is all green, has to be manually restarted. The issue started after I installed a new graphics card Asus TUF rx5700 XT 8gb DDR6. I tried reinstalling windows, reinstalling amd drivers, updating them, I ran occt tests. Please help me with this someone, if someone has the time to go in a call over discord with me or even check the pc himself i would be happy.

My specs:
Intel Xeon e3-1231 v3 3.4GHz
Asrock b85m pro 3 motherboard
Asus TUF rx 5700 XT gpu 8gb ddr6
16 GB RAM (3x 8gb)
American megatrends Inc. 2014 P1.20 v3 bios

Occt: normal temperatures are: 30-40 degrees on gpu, on full load 77 to 80 degrees. Gpu
CPU haven't remembered the values, but it ran without problems for 40 mins.
Also the gpu Stresstest worked for 40mins no crash.
On gpu memtest(I assume) my pc starts freezing and crashes with a sad smiley (not with green screen).

Games work with limited fps to 60.

What is the BSOD error code you see on the blue screen?

That problem with Bad VRAM. I have same problem on my RX 5600XT, it start showing weird lines, I tested it on 2 computer with different game. I see different color/texture..
I ended up doing refund for it.

There is no code. Just green screen and you have to restart it.

I was thinking the same, I still might do a refund but at the moment I'm testing some potential fixes. One day I force shut down radeon software and the crashes stopped. I investigated and turned out that discord hardware acceleration was coursing it. I was thinking about the vram being faulty. But then you can see in the metrics how much vram it's using ingame and i got 8gb...6hlgb were used so even if vram is split into 2x 4gb 6gb would cover both and that's means vram is ok.

As I said I'm testing this solution with discord hardware acceleration problem
