Im having a problem with my gtx 750 ti SC when i superclock it. When i hit apply everything works good and nice notting happen but when i play any game or any program that put a load on my gtx 750 ti SC my pc get a random colored screen and freezes and i have to force restart to get back on and reset my graphic card overclock to normal
My reason for overclocking because my gtx 750 ti is bottlenecking my pc and i want to get more fps because it gonna be a while before i can upgrade my graphic card and everytime i do this i set it to max so i can see how well it runs and do temperate tests and see how if it stay stable. when i do a overclock it turn black for few seconds then comes back but my usage was stuck that 88% and i was geting 20 fps in gta 5 brenchmark with the graphic on normal which what my pc can do over a good 30-40 fps on before i even overclock then if i change it again it just freezes the whole pc and ii get a random colored screen then i have to force restart. and i try both programs uninstall 1 then try the other and it still happens

I have evga precision and the Msi afterburner and RivaTuner. I don't know if these are fighting over each other or what

Pc specs

I have myself a gigabyte 750ti windforce 2x with an external power pcie slot, which in theory gives you more headroom for overclock,i managed with modded bios to get 1450mhz on core and 6500mhz on vram, the difference from stock settings was 4fps and the max temperature was 85 instead of 75,so overclock with 750ti may seems free perfomance but in real life is too little to even try.

Also sometimes after an extreme oveclock ,the card stucks on low clocks for safety which cause low perfomance(what you might experienced on gta v benchmark)and you must restart your pc in order the gpu to return to normal settings.

I know its bad to stuck with a low power gpu,but overclock unfortunately wont help in newer games.
hope that helps
First use only one gpu overclock software to avoid any possible conflict and second,to test an overclock you must always run a gpu benchmark or run a game. Many times bad overclocks seem to work on normal desktop use,but cause crash on heavy graphic load.
