Question PC freezes and restarts for unknown reasons

My PC started freezing and restarting since yesterday. It randomly freezes and restarts a few minutes after starting the PC and it does the same thing for the 2nd time and never does it again until I turn off the PC and turn it on. I don't get a bluescreen when it freezes. I checked out the CPU,GPU,HDD and SSD temperatures and they look normal to me. The PC is about a year old.
PC Spec:
CPU : Intel Core i7 6700K 4.0GHz (stock)
MB: Asus Prime Z270-AR
PSU: EVGA Supernova P2 650
GPU: Zotac Nvidia GTX 660 2 GB (factory overclocked)
RAM: 1x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR4 LPX 2400MHz C16
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro 512 GB (Boot Drive)
HDD: WD Blue 2 TB
Could this happen due to an overheating chipset?

How old is the WD 2TB HDD? It's a mechanical device that could be failing. Try downloading a program called Hard Disk Sentinel to test the health of your HDD.

The HDD isn't failing and the program says "The hard disk status is PERFECT. Problematic or weak sectors were not found and there are no spin up or data transfer errors. "
The SMART data looks good too

Is you 1 stick of RAM located in slot DIMM_A2?
Have you checked Device Manager for any yellow warning signs?

Yes, my RAM is located on the DIMM_A2 slot and nothing on device manager shows a yellow warning sign

Does your motherboard have the latest BIOS update? Several updates have been released for "Improved system stability".

Yes, i have the BIOS version 1301, which is the latest version
