PC freezes completely

Hello!

I recently bought AMD FX 9590, and installed it to my computer, but now the computer freezes completely after seconds to minutes while the computer is running.

I've reset the CMOS, updated the motherboard, double-checked the wires, but it is still freezing.

The computer is running cold, so overheating is listed out.

Here are my specs
Newton R3 1000W PSU
Asus m5a97
Nvidia GTX 770
AMD FX 9590
RAM 8gigabytes
Memory 1terabyte

Windows 7 64

What do you mean your PC is running cold? The FX 9000 series are infamous for this kind of stuff.

are you sure the motherboard support the fx 9590
cause the better one didn't

only about 80W, if you leave it a idle does it still freeze?
