Question PC Freezes Crashes then resets itself.

This has been going on for a while and has slowly been getting more common i can also hear crackling and popping noises from my audio occasionally when i prevent my pc from auto resetting itself the blue screen says "Stop Code: CRITICAL PROCESS_DIED" did a fresh install on my pc and nothing changed, did a ram test and also swapped the lanes it was in also my CPU Temps are good (in the 30's range). did a WhySoSlow test what i will show in a few images

CPU - Intel i5-12600k
GPU - GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1070 Founders Edition
RAM - Viper 4 Steel DDR4 32GB 3600Mh
MoB - ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WiFi D4 Motherboard
SSD - WD BLACK SN850 1TB / Samsung 870 QVO 4TB
PSU - Corsair CX750F RGB
CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-U14S

Did you recreate your bootable USB installer for your OS using Windows Media Creation Tools?

i did this install via online download this time but i did the clean install before a few months back with the bootable USB installer because of this same problem.
the PSU was new in this build, i built this pc in early December 2021, The only components that are old in this build is the CPU cooler and the GPU

i feel like it could be my motherboard does any know if motherboards can cause "Stop Code: CRITICAL PROCESS_DIED"
