pc freezes playing and now won't turn on

Hello, I need help since I was playing on my pc, the image was frozen and the keyboard did not respond to any command, I had not passed this before, then I rebooted the PC but now it does not turn on, the power LED turns on and the fans rotate but does not give video, the keyboard does not turn on either, in the game I was monitoring the temperature of the cpu and gpu with the msiafterburner and it never went up to 50 C.

I have already tried:
-Change the ram to another port.
-Reset the bios, removing the battery and using the jumper.
-Using another PSU.
- I already try the video card in another pc and it works.
-connect a speaker, but no warning sounds.

What else can I try?

The components are:
mobo: asus p5g41t-m lx
cpu: xeon x5460
gpu: zotac gtx 750ti
ram: 1 stick of 4 gb ddr3 goldenfir 1333 mhz

my current psu has 4 months of use and the psu that I test, is a evga 750bq with less than a month of use.
