PC freezes randomly for a few seconds to about a minute

My new built-by-me PC freezes randomly for a few seconds or even up to a minute. Sound still plays. On games/programs where I can move my cursor, I can move it. I can't click anything or interact with anything. When it's done, it works perfectly fine until it freezes again. The freezing seems to only be happening on certain games because I can play games like Destiny 2, Battlefield 1, and Rainbow Six Siege without freezing. On Fortnite, COD WW2, and even COD 2 (yes, the old one), it freezes, and I bet many other games will freeze too. I have over clocked my ryzen 3 1200 to 3.8ghz @ +0.12v but when I went back to stock speeds and voltages, it still freezes. Overheating is not an issue because even on the stock cooler and overclocked, my cpu didn't go above 62 Celcuis, and my gpu never goes above 65 Celcuis in AIDA64 Extreme.

Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200 @ 3.8ghz and +0.12v
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x4gb DDR4 2400
ASUS GeForce GTX 750 ti 2gb ROG Strix edition (out of the box speed)
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3
Enyle 600w psu
ADATA SP600 256gb ssd
MDT 512gb Hard Drive

Solution
Ryzen 3 1200
Supported memory: DDR4-2666

Memory Kit Model CMK8GX4M2A2400C14
https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/vengeance-lpx-black/p/CMK8GX4M2A2400C14
Memory runs at Serial Presence Detect (SPD) settings if left on [Auto].

SPD Latency 15-15-15-36
SPD Speed 2133MHz

You are also overclocking CPU which would further influence memory speed.

In this review of the 1200 CPU, they have enabled XMP on the memory kit (3200 MHz Cl14).

Your choice of memory is very slow and it may have memory parameters left on [Auto] causing memory to be even slower @ 2133MHz.

I didn't mean to downvote, sorry. Anyway, I play always at lowest settings. I also can't afford firestrike and software like those, or at least find the money for them.

Technically you can download and run those tests for free (you just can't connect to the database to compare scores), and don't worry about the downvote ^-^.

But what Calvin7 said was certainly interesting.

I had no idea that they had free benchmarks, thank you!

Okay, so before I started the Firestrike Benchmark, I used a different ram kit (DDR4 3200) from a friend. After about 4 hours playing all the games that usually froze, I never had one stutter. I think Calvin7 was right, 2400mhz was probably not fast enough to handle the loading needed in those games. Thank you Calvin7 and electo for your help!
