Question PC freezes randomly ?

Basically my pc freezes somtime and for about two to five seconds. it happens will im watching something on any streaming site, sometimes while im gaming. my temp seems fine idk about voltage i dont know how much it should take but since my temp is fine i guess it’s alright. it doesn’t freeze my mouse or any keys on my keyboard. I have 2 monitors and both freeze the same way. idk if its my RAM as i didn’t have the time to test all of them. 2 out of 4 passed with no error so probably not.

PSU: Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1350W
Chassis: LIAN LI Lancool III
OS: windows 11

I have had the pc for about 3 months and every part is new.
