Question PC Freezes Under Load And Doesnt Turn Back On

I have this problem where my pc just completely freezes and does not turn back on without opening it up. I did get new ram which i thought might be the issue but that works fine in the other slot. This could indicate a faulty ram slot but 90% of the times that this happens i just take the cpu out and put it back in and it works for a good amount of time before freezing again. The cpu is not overheating (around 70°C) and everything else is okay. This only happens when i have only 2 ram sticks in when i use 1 theres no issue. Theres also no bent pins on the socket

UPDATE : This just happened again and when i turn it on it either freezes on the bios screen or the windows login screen

GPU : RX 570
MOBO : H110M-R
PSU : FSP600-80PSA ( 6 months old)
RAM : 4gb DDR4 Crucial + 8gb Samsung

Yeah but it shouldnt cause the pc to crash it only runs the at a lower frequency

still doesnt matter mixing ram is never good because it can casue all kinda of windows problems i know this because i have the same issue before when i was running am3+ would freeze and crash on windows idie or underload for me from what i remebering

So i just tested and saw that in slot 2 both rams crash and freeze and in slot 1 they work fine so is this a faulty ram slot or some cpu related problem?

could board or ram if u have another board to test try that
