Hello everyone.
I've encountered a problem with my GPU today.
After playing a couple games, the screen went black and all the audio died, so I decided to restart the computer.
Unfortunately, it was to no avail as the issue persisted until I tried booting into safe mode, which worked.
After looking for a solution, I decided to uninstall the drivers completely, using DDU.
That helped me get into the system normally, however I now can't install any version of the drivers available, as towards the end of the installation the same thing as before happens (black screen and the entire PC freezing).
I'm now suspecting my GPU being dead and other than that, I've ran out of ideas.
Has anybody faced a similar issue before?
I'm going to provide as many details as possible to anybody who is kind enough to help.

Edit: I tried plugging in an old GTS 250 of mine and it actually worked.
Now my fears of the 7850 being dead are stronger, but somehow it doesn't really make sense to me and I'd like to avoid having to buy a new GPU if possible.
