i recently upgraded my PC i put in a new GPU, CPU/new heat sink , and new motherboard (Asus strix 1080, intel i7 6700k, asus rog maximus hero alpha. when playing a game and watching a stream on my other monitor, my whole PC freezes and makes a loud noise (im guessing the noise is from the game). The first time this happened my PC blue screened and restarted itself. I did notice my GPU was pretty hot so i downloaded asus GPU tweakII and adjusted the fan speed. Then it happens again but this time it doesn't crash my PC it does it for 2 seconds then stops freezing. The stream i'm watching goes black and reloads. I also noticed my game stuttered sometimes.
Is it a CPU issue, GPU issue, HDD issue, or something else?
