Hi, my pc is new, I have been using it for almost a month and the graphics for about 5 days. I just started streaming when my graphics arrived so its a new problem.

PC Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700
GPU: ASUS Prime Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
MB: ASUS PRIME B650M-A II-CSM
RAM: x2 16GB Kingston Fury Beast DDR5-5600 CL40
PSU: Thermalright TG 650-W
SSD: Kingston NV3 1 TB
Case: XYZ Airone 100 Mesh - White
Cooler: Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE ARGB - White
Adrenalin: 25.10.16
Bios version: 3257
OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

I stream ocasionally, the first time the problem happened after 2+ hours of streaming, and the second time a couple days later after 15 mins or so. I dont stress the pc as just play LOL at 60fps in 1080p while streaming. For now just these 2 episodes, both while streaming.

I found this video, the problem is similar to that with the buzzing sound, I noticed in my case the music I had playing on youtube kept sounding normal when the crash happened.

From the comments in the video he says the problem was the ssd, how could I test it? From what I can tell the problem could be drivers (mine are up to date) or some overlay causing conflicts with OBS, I just turned off the adrenalin one, but have more like overwolf, steam, discord. Because most of the time I just play without streaming and have not experienced problems until now.

Temperatures, usage and so were more than ok, I constantly monitor and log to a file with open hardware monitor. Last 5 minutes before freeze logs:
Average cpu load 10% with one spike of 27%
cpu power usage average 40W, max 61W
cpu temp average 46C, max 55C
ram load 45%, max 48%
gpu temp 33C, max 36C
gpu memory temp 55C, max 58C
gpu not even working due to zero rpm mode
gpu load average 9% max 19%

Thanks in advance.

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard?

From what I can tell the problem could be drivers (mine are up to date)
Did you install the OS onto the system or did the people you bought it off of, install it for you? If the former, where did you source the installer for the OS?

You forgot to mention the make and model of your case. How are you cooling the processor?

Use HWinfo instead.

Does the system freeze when you're merely playing a game, and not streaming?

bios ver 3257, i updated it first days of this month, was the last one available.

I did it all by myself, in the case of windows i downloaded it from their webpage, to a bootable usb.

Ok, thanks

Not yet, just 2 freezes, and both when streaming.

I will update my first post to add missing info, thanks.

I just had the problem again, this time I was sharing screen through discord while playing LOL. To see if the problem was just OBS or not, but it wasnt. I found that disabling Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling in windows could help, so im trying that now.

BTW i was logging with HWinfo64, but didnt noticed anything suspicious, not sure what could be too. I opened the csv with a tool called GenericLogViewer that i found in HWinfo forums.
