Question PC freezes while booting since updating BIOS ?

I was updating my brother's PC motherboard bios(he has a Rog strix z590 E gaming wifi) the update itself went smoothly except when the computer restarted it got stuck while booting up, basically the computer froze when the logo popped up with the bios access keys shown underneath. This happens whenever I boot up the computer now. I remember the bios asking to disable something when I clicked update, but I figured it was already off.

You might want to clear the CMOS and see if the system POST's and then allows you to go to OS GUI.

Just cleared CMOS I was able to get into bios then I set the bios to factory default but it fixed nothing. I also did the same thing and re-updated the bios but did nothing.
