PC freezes while gaming, might be RAM problem

Hello,
My PC:
MB: ASUS Maximus VIII
PSU:Corsair RM 650x
RAM:Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3000 mhz
CPU:Intel core i5 6600k
GPU:Asus GTX 1070 O8G
My PC have some problems.
When I play games on it, it freezes after about 10 minutes or less of gameplay with Q-code
04 or sometimes it just freezes without any special code. Now I even can't boot into Windows, because it is freezing while booting. I think it might be RAM problem and I know it's not caused by overheating, because CPU is about 50 while gaming and GPU about 70 degress.

pull the gpu make sure there no errors. make sure the mb has the newest bios file. with your mb use the usb/rog flashback port to put the newest bios file on it.

Yes I'm sure that I have newest BIOS, because I recentely flashed it.
