Question PC freezes while gaming-possibly GPU issue?

Hi guys!
I've ran into an issue with my system when playing either League or Lost Ark:
The symptoms: PC randomly freezes in different periods, doesn't react to anything but holding the power button, then restarting the PC. Upon restarting the system, only one of the monitors get display (got 3), and upon looking at the device manager, the gpu shows as disabled. Then the driver (AMD adrenalin) gives me an error pop-up.

The specs:
MSI b450 tomahawk max II (Lastest bios)
R7 2700x (stock clocks)
4x8gb ddr4 3200mhz ram
RX 6600XT
650w gold psu
running windows 11, but the issue occurred on windows 10 also.

People go with 2 sticks of ram or 4, so you're taking advantage of dual channel memory. In your current state, you're akin to a 4 wheel car with only 3 tires.

What is the make and model of the PSU? How old is the unit?

My fault about the ram, I'm using 4x8, edited the original post.

The PSU is a Be Quiet! Pure power 11 CM 650w 80+gold unit, bought it in January, brand new
