In some games like GTA IV, BioShock, Splinter Cell Conviction, Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 my pc freezes after some time. My specs are the following: G3258 @ 4.5GHz, ASUS Z97-K, Sapphire R9 270 Dual-x OC 2GB , HyperX Blue 4GB DDR3 1600MHz, Seasonic S12II-430W Bronze, WD 1TB Caviar Blue. Now, I have the latest BIOS and GPU drivers, at first I thought it was the CPU but right now it's running with 1.325 v and I ran a lot of stress tests (aida, prime 95, ibt) and there were no problems but in gaming, as I said, my pc freezes and the display turns blue or red or brown with some white lines.. Is the GPU be the problem ?? How can I find where's the problem ? Also, I ran tests like 3D Mark, Ungine Valley and Heaven and everything was fine but in some games I get this problem.

This is what I get in Sniper Ghost Warrior 2 and GTA IV http://s29.postimg.org/nav9xpk5j/IMG752.jpg

And this is what I've got in AC Black Flag : http://s28.postimg.org/6esiqlwa5/IMG751.jpg

What should I do ? My gpu (like the rest of my components) is 2 months old.

Solution
I think you have found the range of your PSU. As I stated, a good brand and PSU, but on the edge of having enough power for your total system.
Guys, I've run the AI Suite 3 auto tunning and it dropped the OC to 3.6 GHz and I've played like 1 hour of GTA IV and no freeze, everything is fine. So.. it was the OC ? But in stress tests everything was allright even at 4.5 GHz with 1.325v, am I missing something ?
