Question PC freezes with mostly new components

hey there ..i recently had a problem that my motherboard fan wouldnt work..so i replaced my mother and it had tdp low but there was a option for that ..it was just running then suddenly my pc would freeze ...keyboard and mouse and other all usb doesnt work ...i forced reset it ...after every 2-3 minutes the pc again freezes ...so i thought the probelm is with the hdd so i replaced the hdd with latest drivers ..but still same problem....
MY USB devices are working
MY HDD is new
MY motherboard is kinda new
MY drivers are latest
NO cables are lose inside the cpu
CPU temp is like 50-60
GPU temp is like 50
New OS as well latest drivers of all components
whenever i run certain big recources wanting app likes games and chrome ..it freezes and usb goes out ..only option left is reseting
Can u please help me

i can have q6600 gtx 650 ti 4gb ddr3 1333 ram 450 w psu g41 motherboard esonic
use to run fine until one day there was a problem that pc wont start ..the fan would run then stop ...and i changed motherboard that problem is gone
but there is new problem listed above
